1. Used in the manufacture of Zr , Zr compound, alloys, atomic energy , electrical material, fireproof material, electric vacuum material, firework, ceramic and glass
2. Used as moth proofing agent, disinfectant of brewing industry, etching agent of glass
3. Also used in light metal burning casting, electroplating, extraction from green sand, artificial cryolite, making ammonium chlorate and so on.
4. Used as an analytical reagent and as a preparation of preservatives.
