Application of sodium fluorosilicate in concrete

Generally, after three days at normal temperature, the concrete can be hardened. If most of the hardening occurs and the part is not hardened, it needs to be treated, otherwise the concrete strength will be affected. The reason why the local small area has no synchronous knot hard is mainly the uneven mixing of the manual, and the local sodium fluorosilicate is less than the water glass, which causes the hardening speed to be slow.

Because water glass is a water-soluble silicate, liquid water glass absorbs carbon dioxide in the air, forms amorphous silicic acid, and gradually hardens and hardens. This reaction process is very slow. In order to accelerate the hardening, sodium fluorosilicate is added as a hardening agent to the water glass to promote the accelerated precipitation of the silicic acid gel. The actual amount of sodium fluorosilicate is 12% to 15% of the weight of the water glass, and the amount is too small, not only the hardening rate is slow. Moreover, the strength is lowered, the amount is too much, and the condensation is too fast, which causes construction difficulties, and the water glass acid-resistant concrete has high permeability and low strength. If the hard part is not treated, the hardening takes a long time, and the strength is also reduced after the knot is hard. Therefore, it is generally necessary to shovel the floating layer, dry the bottom layer and the edges, clean the surface, and evenly apply the water glass cement evenly.
